We didn't start off in the food truck fabrication and manufacturing industry. We started off with an idea and a dream to live a lifestyle where we got paid to serve the most delicious desserts at a food festival.
That's right, we actually started off as a food vendors in different festivals and events across Adelaide and South Australia.
As I was also a skilled fabricator, I built my own van and helped repair others in the mobile food vending community.I found that I actually got really good at building food trucks, food vans and food carts that I decided to go all in and help others bring their food dreams to life.
