Before Phoenix Custom Fabrication, we operated our own food van and participated in food festivals across Adelaide and South Australia. OUR 7 STEP PROCESS

CONSULTATION
It all begins with a conversation and a consultation. Either call or visit us, and we'll discuss your ideas and help you put together a plan to bring your ideas to life.

QUOTE & DEPOSIT
Once we have a plan and you have decided to partner with us to help bring your project to life, we'll put together a quote and if you're happy we'll arrange a deposit to get started.

DESIGN
We will work with you to design the internal layout as well as the external look of your mobile food van. You can also come to us with designs and we will be more than happy to work off that.

BUILD & FABRICATE
To take advantage of our 12 month warranty, we build and fabricate your food van, trailer or cart from the ground up. If you come to us with a second hand trailer, base or food van we will need to inspect it to make sure that it meets all safety standards. Please keep in mind that if you decide to use a second hand truck or trailer, we cannot offer you our 12 month warranty.

FIT-OUT
Once we've built the base and the structure of your food van, we'll then fit-out all electrical, plumbing, appliances, splash-backs, range hoods, stainless steel benches and much more.

REVIEW
During the build process you are most welcome to review how everything is progressing giving you a chance to make last minute changes to suit your needs.

DELIVERY
If you live in Adelaide we offer complimentary delivery within 50 km of our workshop. If interstate we can organise delivery or shipment at an additional cost, however you are most welcome to pick it up directly from us.
